About the House

Step inside to discover open-plan, design-led interiors that combine rustic elegance with cutting-edge comfort. The centrepiece is the main living space, where a Stûv wood burner faced with local Burlington Stone warms a space made for entertaining—an elegant, relaxed blend of high-end furnishings and natural textures.

The kitchen and dining area sits under vaulted ceilings, framed by green oak and glass, and features a Ralph Lauren-inspired aesthetic: sleek cabinetry, a full suite of premium appliances (including a Quooker tap and trio of cookers), and a solid oak dining table positioned to take in uninterrupted views of Windermere.

Head upstairs via the bespoke glass and stainless-steel staircase to find five indulgent en-suite bedrooms, each offering comfort, seclusion, and exceptional lake or garden views. Two of the suites feature oval baths facing the water—perfect for a long, luxurious soak as the light dances on the lake.

For entertainment, the cinema room is fitted with a 65-inch screen, Cambridge Audio sound, and a Roche Bobois Mah Jong sofa that demands sinking into. The games room is kitted out with a full-size pool table, while the Peloton bike and expansive terrace offer a nod to both wellness and leisure.
